Etranz Leads MLM Leads - Terms of Service

By using this site, you signify your Assent and Agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the site.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Etranz Leads LLC, and our clients. Etranz Leads LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions from time to time as required, to stay current with applicable laws, or to stay current with any changes or modifications to products, services, or subscriptions being offered.

Rental Of Leads

The client agrees to use the Leads in a manner that strictly complies with all applicable state, federal, and international laws. Leads are provided on a rented basis for a period of 60 days, during which time the client agrees to only use the leads to market the Business Opportunity for which the leads were originally purchased. Ownership of the Leads remains the sole property of Etranz Leads LLC, and the client agrees not to resell, trade, or relinquish the leads to any other party.

Exclusivity

Leads are offered on a semi-exclusive basis, but never to anyone promoting the same Business Opportunity. Although the leads may be re-sold again at a later date, they would never be re-sold to anyone promoting the same Business Opportunity.

Leads are sold on a subscription basis. Our system will rebill on a time basis as stipulated on the sales page and description of the product ordered. Leads ordered will be delivered at a rate which causes your order to be fully delivered during the relevant time period.

Upon each rebilling, the client will be charged an amount equal to the original order amount, which will be applied to the current credit card on file. Subscription to your automatic rebilling order can be cancelled at any time by contacting etranz and requesting cancellation. Cancellation notice must be given at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the next billing to guarantee no further billing. Any current or pending leads orders which had renewed prior to cancellation, will continue to be processed and fulfilled, until such time as all leads ordered have been fully delivered.

Replacement Policy

Etranz Leads LLC will replace bad or disconnected numbers. We call each lead to verify that it is a bad lead and once confirmed we replace.

Refund Policy

All sales are Final. Due to the nature of the service we are providing, no refunds will be offered once an order has been submitted for processing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any liability arising out of your marketing efforts using these Leads. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to: legal fees, costs of litigation, or judgments arising out of mailing or emailing your marketing materials to any leads provided by the Company. Client understands that even though these leads are the result of people filling out a form on a web page, contacting them may still generate complaints, and shall not hold the Company liable in any manner whatsoever.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

Materials in this website are Copyrighted and all rights are reserved. Text, graphics, databases, HTML code, and other intellectual property are protected by US and International Copyright Laws, and may not be copied, reprinted, published, reengineered, translated, hosted, or otherwise distributed by any means without explicit permission. All of the trademarks on this site are trademarks of Etranz Leads MLM Leads or of other owners used with their permission.

Database Ownership, License, and Use

Etranz Leads MLM Leads warrants, and you accept, that Etranz Leads MLM Leads is the owner of the copyright of the Databases of Links to articles and resources available from time to time through http://www.Etranz Leads.com. Etranz Leads MLM Leads and its contributors reserve all rights and no intellectual property rights are conferred by this agreement.

Etranz Leads MLM Leads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use database(s) accessible to you subject to these Terms and Conditions. The database(s) may be used only for viewing information or for extracting information to the extent described below.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Fuquay Varina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Termination

These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all http://www.Etranz Leads.com site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at Etranz Leads MLM Leads' sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other http://www.Etranz Leads.com site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
